Following a divorce and business breakup in 2012, I embarked on a deep inner journey, exploring the self through coaching and personal growth programs. My passion for coaching stems directly from the transformative results I’ve experienced, something I’ve always been drawn to, even as an entrepreneur in the pharmaceutical industry.

As a father of two wonderful boys, Liam and Aidan, being a dad has led me to examine my own limitations and concepts of masculinity. This exploration has inspired my new podcast, Breakfast with Manny, where my co-host Emmanuel Mancilla and I delve into what healthy masculinity looks like in today’s world and how men can heal from within.

After many years of entrepreneurship in the medical sector where I founded Kataka, a creative educational agency, I’ve left the corporate world to pursue a new mission. Now, as a certified Somatic Academy and Elementum Coach, I utilize various tools and techniques to help clients bring their underlying subconscious patterns to light. With this newfound awareness, I guide them in making new choices that lead to a more aligned and fulfilling life.
